Intro
I am a binge eater but also a fitness freak. So, the hardest challenge I face is to balance my cravings & calories. And honestly preparing full meals is much easier than those unsual hunger timings. I’d be wide aken late at night only to find myself gulping a whole bag of chips like a maniac.
I believe that finding the right snacks is a new year resolution for me now. Because the unprocessed, unhealthy snacks don’t finish my hunger & I want to eat more after every few hours. So, today I’ve compiled the best 9 healthy snacks that just feel good & you won’t feel hungry later.
Table of Contents
1. Dates With Nut Butter

If you’ve a sweet tooth, this is the ultimate remedy. My one of the favourite healthy snacks of all time, just a couple of mintues. Just slice open a few dates, remove the pits and stuff them with almond, peanut, or cashew butter.
2. Apple Slices With Peanut Butter
Apples are rich in fiber while peanut butter, plant-based protein that provides essential nutrients that you need in a healthy snack. By pairing apples with peanut butter you’ll enjoy a creamy & crispy snack altogether. But rememeber to use butter that contains minimal salt & sugar.
3. Celery Sticks With Cream Cheese
Once again a creamy & crispy duo to serve you. We often don’t include celery sticks in our salads. So, you can combine it with cheese to prepare a low carb snack. Just dip the sticks in the cheese and add a pinch of salt. It is lightweight but healthy enough to keep you full during the day. Again one of the best healthy snacks.
4. Crispy Potato Fries

This is my go-to snack for the night. You just need a bunch of potatoes, slice them a bit thick and toss them in oil. You can add herbs, & your favourite seasoning till they are perfectly baked. Serve them with ketchup or a quickly made curry sauce to have the dish of your life.
5. Air Fryer Veggie Chips

Pick your favourite veggies, I usually go for beetroot, carrots, sweet potatoes and slice them into thin pieces or even rounds. When frying, its recommended to shake the pan every 5 minutes so that they are evenly cooked. For heavenly taste, I’ll also add a pinch of salt or black pepper to add a touch of spice. This hardly takes 10 to 20 minutes and you can also store it for a week or two. My family’s one of the best healthy snacks.
6. Protein Smoothie
Sometimes I need a substantial amount of protein until the next meal. For that I always go for protein smoothie to increase my protein intake within minutes. You can add just about any other ingredient to the mix, from fruits and veggies to healthy fats like avocado, nut butter, or chia seeds, for a nutrient-rich snack.
It’s so conveninent and easy to prepare, that I always carry these veggies to make me one whenever I am travelling and need a boost of energy real quick. You can also consider adding greek yougurt for some extra protein.
7. Cherry Almond Granola Bars

In just 25 minutes, you can go from empty stomach to yumm… that’s what I needed. These are pretty nutritious when it comes to taking important nutrients at once. Instead of buying a protein bar you can make these on your own.
Just a bit of ingredients & you have unlocked a day of healthy eating. It has all the high-demand nutrients but that shouldn’t stop you from finishing them with a drizzle of chocolate.
8. One-Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet

If you’re craving something sweet, refreshing, and guilt-free this one-ingredient watermelon sorbet is your go-to treat! All you need is fresh watermelon. That’s right no added sugar, no dairy, and no fancy equipment.
Simply cube the watermelon, freeze it for a few hours, and then blend until smooth. The natural sweetness and high water content of watermelon give it that perfect sorbet texture cool, creamy, and ultra-refreshing.
9. Brownies
Sometimes, all you need is a mid-day brownie break. These rich, fudgy bites—packed with crushed Oreos for that extra crunch—are just what you’re looking for. Don’t worry, they’re completely nut-free (unless you’d like to toss some in). Pair them with fresh berries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate indulgence… though we’re sure you saw that coming.
