Woman Arrested After Doing Cartwheels During Sobriety Test

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A New Mexico woman was arrested after she insisted on doing cartwheels during a field sobriety test Monday.

According to the City of Albuquerque Police Department, 23-year-old Bryelle Marshall was arrested and charged with battery, aggravated DWI, and having an expired license plate after her car was reported driving recklessly.

When APD responded to the scene, the officer found Marshall passed out behind the wheel of her car. The officer then gave her a field sobriety test.
