A West Virginia man has been busted for following female Walmart shoppers around, then squirting them with his semen he had stashed in a syringe.
28-year-old Timothy Blake was taken into custody Friday in Ohio by investigators looking into two incidents involving women “getting an unknown material sprayed or thrown on them by an unknown male.”
One Walmart shopper told cops in early November that a “creepy” man hung around her in the store’s makeup aisle. After he passed behind her, she “felt something wet on her foot and lower back.” When she went into a restroom to investigate, she found “and tried to wipe the material off of her, but it was sticky.”
Then, in late December, another woman told cops that “some substance” had been “thrown or sprayed on her” while she was shopping at the very same Walmart. After viewing store security footage, it was determined that it was the same suspect.
Authorities then identified the vehicle that the pervert was driving and confronted him at a Wings Etc. restaurant as he sat down to eat with his…surprise…wife.
When asked what he’d been throwing or squirting onto the victims, he initially claimed that it was egg yolks. When cops told him that they’d had the substance tested, however, he confessed that it was semen.
He admitted to going to the same Walmart store on roughly a dozen occasions “and squirting this material on women.” According to the criminal complaint, he then “stated on about four of those occasions, he had squirted semen on women, and the other times, he had used egg yolks and flour or spit.”
He says that he’d masturbate in his vehicle somewhere, then ejaculate into a syringe. Sometimes, he’d even masturbate in the Walmart restroom. He had access to syringes, he says, because he owns a farm and medicates animals.
In typical pervert fashion, he says that he chose the early November victim because she “displayed exhibitionist characteristics and wanted to be noticed.”
He’s been charged with two felony obscenity counts.
He was released on bond yesterday after posting $11,000 bond, but has been ordered to wear a GPS ankle monitor as part of his release conditions.
