Big Time Rush ended three years ago but that doesn’t mean the cast doesn’t still find time for mini reunions. In fact, two of your favorite co-stars from the Nickelodeon series reunited in Los Angeles over the weekend and it was awesome.
Stephen Glickman, who played Gustavo Rocque on BTR, has a hilarious new movie coming out and his friend and former BTR co-star, Kendall Schmidt (who played Kendall Knight), came out to support him. On Saturday, Storks, which is an animated series about well, storks, who are on a mission to deliver a baby that accidentally was sent to their delivery service, had its premiere and while on the red carpet, Glickman, who voices Pigeon Toady in the film, ran into an old friend.

“Look who came out to support me at the @StorksTheMovie premiere!” Glickman posted on Twitter with a photo of him grabbing Schmidt’s face. “My monkey dog who ‘went’ in my desk @heffrondrive.”
The cute caption is a nod to the playful nickname Glickman’s character gave all four of the boys in the beginning of the series. He was known for calling the boys, “dogs,” because they got on his nerves and they were loyal, but after calling them “monkeys” in one episode, Logan Mitchell (played by Logan Henderson) said, “I thought we were dogs,” to which Gustavo replied, “You’re monkey-dogs!” hence the nickname and funny caption.
All of this talk of BTR quotes and scenes, paired with this funny selfie of two of the most loved characters, makes us wish the musical series was still on TV. Sadly, it’s not, but at least Schmidt is still singing, as a part of Heffron Drive, and Glickman is acting.
Despite the fact that you can’t see all of the Big Time Rush cast together on TV or the big screen, you can go see Storks and support Glickman. The adorable flick also stars, Jennifer Aniston, Ty Burrell, Andy Samberg and many other big stars, so it’s sure to be worth the trip to the theater. Plus, who doesn’t love a light-hearted, animated movie with babies?
