It looks like the casts of Grey’s Anatomy and new spinoff series, Station 19, are hitting it off quite well!
On Monday (March 12), Grey’s Anatomy leading lady Ellen Pompeo took to Twitter to share a sweet thank you note from the cast of the new firefighter series, Station 19, proving that all of Shondaland really is one big happy family. Based on Pompeo’s tweet, the Grey’s Anatomy cast was treated to coffee as a big thank you for helping and supporting the spinoff series.
“Station 19 would like to thank our Grey’s Anatomy family for all of your help!” the thank you note read, with a coffee picture in the background and fire trucks on top and bottom.

Pompeo was quick to return the favor with a Twitter shout out of her own saying, “Thank you @Station19 @JainaLeeOrtiz @JasonWGeorge .”
The coffee gift comes after Grey’s Anatomy fans were introduced Station 19’s leading lady Andy Herrera (played by Jaina Lee Ortiz) on a recent episode of the medical drama.
Even though moving forward, Station 19 will not take place at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital it will be set three blocks away, and Andy’s recent cameo on Grey’s is just the beginning when it comes to possible crossover episodes between the two shows and their casts.
Station 19 premieres on March 22, 2018 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
