Ginnnifer Goodwin Is Taking ‘Steps’ Toward TV Return

Ginnifer Goodwin might be heading back to ABC very soon!

According to Entertainment Weekly, the actress has been tapped to star in the network’s comedy pilot Steps.

After leaving Once Upon a Time, where she played both Snow White and Mary Margret, at the end of its six season, fans have been missing the standout actress and her talents, which makes this new pilot role that much more exciting.

Steps follows four adults from three different houses who are raising three kids from two divorces… together. Yes, it’s clearly complicated!

Goodwin will play Bea, who is a “modern hippie,” according to EW. She’s a great listener, who is in tune with her spirit. Goodwin’s character is described as a “parent coach” which means she could be the most prepared to raise three kids with her new husband Paul, her ex-husband, and his ex-wife. See what we mean about complicated?

Steps is one of many comedies ABC is working on this pilot season, and Goodwin seems like a great fit for this one, after all, OUAT was complicated in every sense of the word, and she nailed it on that fantasy drama.
