Ashley Tisdale is the latest Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum to get on the Riverdale bandwagon, and we are so here for it.
On Wednesday (June 28), Tisdale proved once again that she is a Disney Channel darling for life by catching up on The CW’s newest drama, Riverdale, which stars her longtime friend and Suite Life costar Cole Sprouse as Jughead.
Guys I’m late to the game but @CW_Riverdale is SO good. So proud of my lil bro @colesprouse. I can’t. stop. watching.

“Guys I’m late to the game but @CW_Riverdale is SO good,” Tisdale tweeted, confirming pretty much everything we’ve ever said about the comic-book inspired show. “So proud of my lil bro @colesprouse. I can’t. stop. watching.”
Sprouse as Jughead is definitely a sight to see and something everyone should be tuning in for, and now Tisdale understands why… he’s SO good in it. Plus, who doesn’t love seeing a bromance come to life on screen in the form of Jughead and Archie (played by KJ Apa)?
Tisdale is not the first Suite Life alum to support Sprouse in his new venture. Phillip David Lewis (aka Mr. Mosby) jumped on the bandwagon early, and his commentary on the show is ah-mazing.
Although we miss The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, the fact that so many of the cast members watch Riverdale (Dylan Sprouse excluded) to support Sprouse is like a mini reunion — you know, on Twitter, not on TV.
Side note: if The CW is looking for any actors to make a cameo on Riverdale we totally nominate Tisdale and Lewis. Wouldn’t that be awesome? You never know, Jughead could get an evil twin, Pretty Little Liars style, and he could be played by Cole’s brother, Dylan.
Riverdale returns for its second season on October 11, 2017 on The CW.
